 Creamy Cheese Balls




These cheese balls are perfect for snacking on while enjoying a cold beer.


Ingredients:


2 cups (240ml) of all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/2 cup (113g) of softened butter

1 cup (240ml) of grated cheddar cheese

1 egg

1/4 cup (60ml) of whole milk


Instructions:


  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • In a bowl, combine the flour and salt.
  • In another bowl, cream together the butter and cheese until smooth.
  • Add the egg and beat again.
  • Gradually add the flour and salt mixture, alternating with the milk, until a uniform dough forms.
  • Roll small balls of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly golden.

Serve warm and enjoy!
